This is the greatest gift given to us by the Cosmos - 
the ability of our body to heal by itself ..
 the self-healing process 

Our  body heals by itself every minute . Ordinarily, we 
are not aware of  this healing going  on within us 
every minute   . We take it for granted.
Then one day ,  when we fall ill because  our 
Spiritual Body  is no more able to keep  supplying 
the necessary Healing Energy and  its natural 
healing powers  have weakened  due to our
 negative karmas which have created 
blockages  in the flow of our  
Life Force Energy . When we fall ill or find that
 everything is going  wrong for us or troubles
 happening  in our Life,  we should take it as a
 wake up call  , a message , from the Divine
 Powers that we are not giving  enough attention
 to  our  Spiritual Body . We are not  looking after 
it just as we look after our  Physical Body . 

We need to understand that  we live in 2 bodies . 

The Physical body is the  gross  level of 
existence but we also exist in the 
 invisible Spiritual Body in the sublime  plane .

 It is this  Spiritual Body  and our  mind that controls  and manifests in  the  gross
and tangible realm of  existence - 
in our Outer World.

Really superb some overview on physical & Spiritual Body....... I agree with you, but not all people understand what is the main idea behind this. Mostly peoples are "manmukh" te jo dil aawe karan wich yakin rakhde ne...... well aaj kal di generation ta duniyawi cheeza de peeche lag ke..... apni Spiritual body di hond nu khatam karan lagi hai....... par oh nasamaj ne........

Je aapa Gravity di gal kariye ta, gravity vi ude tak hai jad tak Supreme power hai...... everything is under control by Super Natural power..... parmatma kis kise roop wich dikhai dinda oh dekhan wale de aakh upper depend hai....... well sorry mein kise hor topic te hi chala geya..... actually i like to talk on this topic always....................
