 Greetings! And thanks for the genuine appreciation. I am a Senior Homoeopathic - Physician  having more than three decades of practice. Below my original message, I am now sending my personal NDE details for publication. You can also put my e-mail address on that. Let like-minded persons can come together & discuss this important matter which has wholly engaged the collective Indian Mind for thousands of years. With warm Greetings.

We in India with our hoary philosophical traditions of more than seven thousand years and experiences of thousands of saints & sages believe in the Holistic philosophy of Life.

  No experiments conducted on "Average experience criteria"  or objective studies of the brain can explain the function of consciousness. Each man's experience will be different like the fact that no two thumb impressions match.

   NDE of an evolved soul will be Transcendal.  It is like a Quantum Jump. While as experiences of many ordinary people may be ascribed to stresses or emotional factors. In the matter of consciousness, we are entering a Quantum field wherein Modern science has no guidelines.

  I was also skeptical about Transcendal experiences until I had one NDE experience in 1969.After suffering an attack of acute Dysentery & loss of blood I was nearing the end.

 Suddenly I left the body & from the ceiling could look down on my body. In that state I could instantly  be aware of anything I thought about. I thought of my mother.

  I could see her running helter skelter on a platform to catch a train.

 Later when I luckily recovered I corroborated that in fact ,at that precise moment she was running on a platform hundreds of Kilometers away to catch a train to come to my place, on receipt of a telegram about my critical condition.

 Any NDE which can be found true ,to objective reality is astonishing! How can mind travel through Space and Time? Mind is transcendal Reality. A quantum entity. Science has not still reached a stage of understanding it.

  As Shakespeare put it "There are Truths undreamt of under the sky!"

                                   Details.

The incident actually occurred in September 1969.However as NDE is a profound experience it is deeply etched in my memory. I can recollect even minute details of it instantaneously though ,more than three decades have passed.

   At that time I was thirty seven, a robust young man. And was an Agnostic I was skeptical of religion or any thing that could not be called strictly scientific.

 My family had just moved into a small town called Eluru in Andhrapradesh, India. Because of the unhygienic conditions there I had a serious bout of Dysentery. Avoiding self-treatment, I put myself under the care of my friend  in General Hospital.

 In spite of a vigorous course of Anti-Biotics the dysentery did not subside. I lost a heavy amount of blood. Added to that a serious fever developed. After a few days my condition deteriorated very rapidly. Pulse became very weak & barely palpable.

 On the third day of the full moon at midnight, the physician was summoned ,as my condition rapidly deteriorated & I was collapsing. While he was checking my heart-beats suddenly I left the body. From the ceiling I was looking at my own body!

 The visibility was very poor as if a thick cloud of smoke separated me from the rest of the surroundings. The severe pain that I was experiencing just before leaving the body had vanished. I was calm & composed.

 Suddenly I realized I was dead! My God! I have brought my young kids & and family and have left them in a strange place without any protection financially or otherwise! Visibility was not clear. Everything was misty. But it was as though I could see without vision, hear without sound. I was in another Dimension of Existence. I could hear the laments of women below & the hushed conversation. One thought became prominent in me. How absurd Life is! In the morning the body would be cremated. Is this all to life. What a meaningless end to a chain of boundless wonders & potential opportunities. It is like bubble floating on a sea.

 Then what is death? An entrance to another dimension? I was calmly & objectively thinking while my brain & body were lying below! & as though I was not the person affected by death. Evolution endows matter with higher & higher levels of consciousness & death seems to snatch it.

 While brooding I became aware of a presence. In a speechless communication IT informed me that I could re-enter the body if I so desired. But no time should be lost. However at that critical moment I pleaded for an answer to the riddle of Life as that thought had fully engrossed me! There was a beautiful vision of stars roaring past me. At the centre of all that tumult was a glowing light. Each star appeared to be a minute centre of consciousness. It was merging into & emerging from the central consciousness as desired by that cosmic WILL which shone like a very  huge sun!

   The vision vanished & I noticed that the doctor was looking down at me with amazement. I smiled feebly and told him I was O.K.

 In that out- of -body state I could fulfill all my desires as if I were Omnipotent, Omniscient! I thought of my mother & I could see her running hectically on a platform at a Railway station hundreds of mile away! When I entered the body, the virulent infection had vanished & I could recoup in a couple of days. My mother later confirmed that indeed she was frantically running around Vijayavada railway station enquiring about a train to Eluru after receiving the telegram about my critical condition. NDE is cannot be explained in normal objective terms. I underwent a positive personality change. All my arrogance vanished.

The others, especially the needy, are there so that we can extend to them a helping hand. One day, as William Gladstone was preparing a speech he was to deliver in parliament, he was called to visit a dying boy. When he returned to the writing of his speech, he said: "That speech may fail or not; but in helping that boy I have tasted exquisite joy."
                                          The opposite of love is not hate: it is apathy, indifference. Today, people are becoming increasingly indifferent to the needs of those around them. "Three things in human life are important. The first is to be kind. The second is to be kind. And the third is to be kind." So let's do all we can to give happiness to as many as we can for it comes back to us. On the road of life we meet many who carry more than physical loads - their minds are burdened with fear, worry, anxiety, depression and guilt.

One day, as Sadhu Vaswani took a walk on the roadside, he found a beggar lying underneath a tree. The beggar's clothes were tattered and torn: his feet were stained with mud. and passed on to him his own shirt to wear. The beggar pointed to the cap which was on Sadhu Vaswani's head. Without the least hesitation, he gave the cap to the beggar and said: "The shirt and the cap and everything I have is a loan given to me to be passed on to those whose need is greater than mine!"

 Everything we have, our time and talents, our education and influence, our wealth and possessions, our health and strength, life itself, is a loan given to us to be passed on to those whose need is greater than ours.

In the measure in which we make others happy, in that measure, and many times over, happiness travels to us. We pass through this world but once. Any good thing that we can do, or any kindness that we can show to a fellow-being, let us do it now. Let us not defer it or neglect it, for we may not pass this way again. ----- J P Vaswani

The Echo of Life

 

A man and his son were walking in the forest. Suddenly the boy trips and feeling a sharp pain he screams ?Ahhhhhhhhh?. Surprised he hears a voice coming from the mountain, ?Ahhhhhhhhh??!

Filled with curiosity, he screams: ?Who are you??, but the only answer he receives is ?who are you?? This makes him angry, so he screams: ?You are a coward!?, and the voice answers ?You are a coward!?

He looks at his father, asking, ?Dad, what is going on??

?Son, ? the man replies, ?pay attention!? then he screams, ?I admire you!?. The voice answers ?I admire you?. The father shouts, ?You are wonderful!?, and the voice answers: ?You are wonderful!?

Then the father explains, ?People call this ?ECHO?, but truly it is ?LIFE?! Life always gives you back what you give out! Life is a mirror of your actions. If you want more love, give more love! If you want understanding, give understanding and respect. If you want people to be patient and respectful to you, give patience and respect! This rule of nature applies to every aspect of our lives.?

Life always gives you back what you give out. Your life is not a coincidence, but a mirror of your own doings.

Silence is to mind what sleep is to the body. Silence cures all afflictions caused by stress and strain, tensions and troubles, anxiety and confusion. Silence clears the cobwebs.  "Silence purifies us. Silence also vitalises us; it gives us strength which can be spent in the service of others. Silence is a purifier. In silence flow into you nature'shealing forces, and you become strong." Silence is the best tranquilliser one can have in today's noisy world.

Silence has great spiritual value. Today, psychologists have rediscovered the value of silence - both internal and external. The external silence, because noise pollution is testing human endurance, especially in the metros. But silence is not mere absence of noise. It is not passive. Silence is active. That'swhen your powers of intuition unfold, and you become the recipient of many subtle energies. In silence you become creative and this enhances your true nature. Great artists like Michelangelo received 'creative flashes"in silence, while walking or sleeping.

Silence helps you to realise your true personal identity. In silence emerges your true Self, you become aware of consciousness and you are able to see yourself as 'you". "When you sit in silence, the circles of positive energy are formed. When you sit in silence, you are surrounded by rings of positive energy, healing both body and mind." This positive energy works wonders, when the external and the internal silence merge. For then the mysteries are revealed and you witness the great divine phenomenon.-----Aruna Jethwani

Installing Love

 

Customer Service: Can you install Love?

Customer: I can do that. I?m not very technical, but I think I?m ready to install now. What do I do first?

Service: The first step is to open your Heart. Have you located your Heart?

Customer: Yes, I have, but there are several programs running right now. Is it okay to install while they are running?

Service: What programs are running?

Customer: Let me see? I have Pasthurt.exe, Lowesteem.exe, Grudge.exe and Resentment**** running right now.

Service: No problem. Love will automatically erase Pasthurt.exe from your current operating system. It may remain in your permanent memory, but it will no longer disrupt other programs. Love will eventually overwrite Lowesteem.exe whit a module of its own, called Highesteem.exe. However, you have to completely turn off Grudge.exe and Resentment****. Those programs prevent Love from being properly installed.
Can you turn those off?

Customer: I don?t know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how?

Service: My pleasure. Go to your Start menu and invoke Forgiveness.exe. Do this as many times as necessary until Grudge.exe and Resentment**** have been completely erased.

Customer: Okay, I?m done. Love has started installing itself automatically. Is that normal?

Service: Yes it is. You should receive a message that says it will reinstall for the life of your Heart. Do you see that message?

Customer: Yes I do. Is it completely installed?

Service: Yes, but remember that you have only the base program. You need to begin connecting to other Hearts to get the upgrades.

Customer: Oops? I have an error message already. What should I do?

Service: What does the message say?

Customer: It says ?Error 412 ? Program not run on internal components.?
What does that mean?

Service: Don?t worry, that?s a common problem. It means that the Love program is set up to run on external Hearts but has not yet been running on your Heart. It is one of those complicated programming things, but in non-technical terms it means that you have to ?love? your own machine before it can ?love? others.

Customer: So what should I do?

Service: Can you find the directory called ?Self-acceptance??

Customer: Yes, I have it.

Service: Excellent, you are getting good at this.

Customer: Thank you.

Service: You?re welcome. Click on the following files and then copy them to the ?Myheart? directory: Forgiveself.doc, Selfesteem.txt, Realizeworth.txt and Goodness.doc. The system will overwrite conflicting files and begin patching any faulty programming. Also, you need to delete ?Selfcriticize.exe? from all directories, and then empty your recycle bin afterwards to make sure it is completely gone and never comes back.

Customer: Got it! Wow! My Heart is filling up with really neat files. Smile.mpg is playing on my monitor right now, and it shows that Warmth****, Peace.exe and Contentment**** are copying themselves all over my Heart!

Service: Then Love is installed and running. You should be able to handle it from here. One more thing before I go?

Customer: Yes?

Service: Love is freeware. Be sure to give it and its various modules to everybody you are meeting. They will in turn share it with other people, and they will return some really neat modules back to you.

Customer: I will. Thank you for your help.

Service: You?re very welcome.

The silver cord has been described as being smooth, very long, very bright, like an elastic cable made of light, about an inch wide, sparkling like a tinsel on a Christmas tree, and attached to one of several possible locations on the physical body. During the dying process, as the spirit body leaves the physical body and moves farther away it, the silver cord becomes thinner as it is stretched to its limit and becomes severed. When this occurs, the spirit body is released from being attached to the physical body. At this point, it becomes impossible for the spirit body to ever return to the physical body. For this reason, we can define "irreversible death" as that point when the silver cord becomes stretched to its limit and severed. This is the so-called "point of no return." This boundary point may also be accompanied by the appearance of a particular landmark representing a boundary such as a river, a wall, a fence, or a canyon. Once this barrier is crossed, the near-death experience becomes an irreversible death experience.

Many experiencers have felt the pull of the silver cord when it is stretched near its limit. They often describe the experience as being instantly retracted to their physical body - like stretching a rubber band to near its limit and then releasing one end of it.

This silver cord is our spirit body's "lifeline" to our physical body in the same way that our umbilical cord is our "lifeline" to our mother's body during the birth process.

During the death process, should the physical body be subjected to a violent death, such as in a severe car accident, the silver cord is severed before the impact preventing the pain that is experienced by the physical body from being felt by the spirit body. -Kevin William

Meditation is one's true nature, something we cannot do without. It is meditation and not rituals that will lead you from darkness to light, from mortality to immortality, from mind to the master. Once we start the inward journey, we begin to realize and experience what the. Scriptures say, what every religion says- that we are not the body, not even the mind for mind is nothing but a bundle of thoughts changing constantly. We begin to realize that our existence lies beyond the mind, beyond all thoughts, in a state of no mind. This is a state that can be earned only through meditation- a simple process of watching your thoughts. If you watch the activity of your mind continuously, with full awareness, you will experience a number of thoughts arising from the surface of the mind, passing every moment. Meditation acts like a torch and in its light the thoughts start fading away gradually. As you progress in meditation, you will reach a stage where the mind begins to surrender and allows itself to be guided by you rather than misuse you. You will soon understand that you are not the mind; you are above it - the seer of the mind, the master of the mind. You will begin to realize that your body is directed by some force or energy which is your real self. This state of being is known as the soul - a state one has heard of but remains to be experienced. This state can be experienced only in the heart or hridaya . Hridaya is a state of thoughtlessness and not any organ of the body that pumps blood into the entire body. All the organs in the body work with your very own energy. You are the energy that enables the blood flow in different parts of the body. This state of thoughtlessness can be achieved by awakening your true self, through meditation­ a possibility with every human. Thus any person belonging to any sect or religion can experience this state. He can become the master of his mind by recognizing his own power, by differentiating between himself and the mind and hence detaching from it. Meditation has the power to lift every individual to a state of tension free, disease free life, a state of bliss, no matter which background he comes from.

To achieve such a state, the only requirement is the availability of one's own self and the thirst to know one's self under the guidance and grace of a Satguru – a realized soul. The Presence and the Aura of the Spiritual Master, the Satguru keeps the seeker away from discouragement as one begins the inward journey on the path unknown. He encourages and guides the seeker, gives full strength from outside and within, to those under His guidance. The Spiritual Master has Himself traversed this path and is fully aware of the highs and lows, one experiences on this path. He, out of sheer love for His disciples, guides them using His own experiences. He is not concerned with the religion the seeker follows. He is only concerned with the thirst the seeker has for self- realization and He bestows all His grace to inculcate and encourage this thirst for it is this hunger for the Love of God that is the foundation of every religion. ---vishvas

A Real Life Experience

Explore and experiment. The world has much to offer, and you have much to give. And every time you try something new, you'll learn more about yourself.

Forgive and forget. Grudges only weigh you down and inspire unhappiness and grief. Soar above it, and remember that everyone makes mistakes.

Have you put a smile on
 a poor childs face ,
on an old man or womans face ... ??


Have you blessed him from the
bottom of your heart
and wished him good luck ?


Have you wiped someones tears today ?


It does not cost a penny nor a dime.
Yet, this compassion and feelings generated
from your soul are as valuable

on Earth as parting with some money....

A loving tender touch on his shoulder or
holding his hand , will work wonders
for the unfortunate people around us.

Earning this wealth is more useful and
 valuable than the green bills.


And it is their blessings , which when they 
get released from their heart 
when they receive your love ,

that keeps you safe and protected and happy .

Be greateful that you are not in such
a position in LIfe . 

Feel their sufferings
as your own
